Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out can often be arranged, just ask your concierge and we will confirm subject to availability.
A three-night minimum applies for most dates, with longer minimums over peak periods such as Christmas and New Year. Shorter stays are occasionally possible, contact us and we will check.
Yes. A tropical in-villa breakfast is included with every stay and served on your terrace each morning. All other dining, private chef, à-la-carte and BBQ, is arranged and billed separately.
Every villa comes with daily housekeeping and a dedicated concierge, with a butler and private chef available on request. Pools and gardens are maintained daily, and security is on site around the clock.
Reservations are confirmed and paid online through Stripe, a PCI-compliant global payment provider. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers. You will receive an instant confirmation and a booking reference by email.
Yes. A private chauffeured car can meet you at Phuket International Airport with a chilled towel and welcome waiting. The villa is roughly 30 minutes from the airport. Let us know your flight details and we will handle the rest.
Absolutely. Our two-, three- and four-bedroom villas suit families and groups, and we can arrange cots, high chairs and a babysitter on request. Please note pools are private and not fenced, so young children should be supervised.
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Within 30 days, the first night is charged; within 7 days, the full stay is charged. Peak-period bookings may carry different terms, which are shown clearly at checkout.
